Why do you need ID, SSN, and all of this personal information? Doesn't this potentially compromise customer's personal data and put them at risk of Identity Fraud?

For me also it's taking forever to get a ticked reponded.. i put it almost a week ago.. and did not get a response except that the team will get back to me in 24 hours.. they (Transak) are pretty shity at keepeng their customers.

KYC does not complete set up. After submitting ID it states an email with link will be sent. But, NO email ever comes in.

I can't verify my photo (selfie), it always says that it cannot verify the face. I tried with multiple devices and browsers always fails.
During the selfie (screen with the oval) it seems to identify a face, but when it goes back to KYC process it says it cannot recognise/veirify the face
As for the phone verification, the taking photo of id is going ok, but during the face recognition the application does show only frame for face (it seems that there is no connection to camera). Pc camera has not adequate quality, id has small letters and it is glance. YOU KYC implementation is half-broken. I think you at should allow attachment of document scan at least (for document check procedure) to make procedure less troublesome. Â
