How to go through KYC (Know Your Customer) and get your account verified for trading

We will need some details from you before verifying your account to trade with a bank transfer. Don't worry, it only takes a few minutes and approval is instant.

Go to the Transak website Select the currency and crypto to place a dummy order, and enter the wallet address.
Enter the email id
A verification code will be sent to the email id. Enter the verification code and click on the ‘Terms of Use” check box to continue the KYC process
Enter the name, mobile number, and dob
Enter your residential address as per the proof attached by you.
Click on the ‘Start Verification’ button to process the KYC
Select the country
Get documents ready For this you will need: Proof of ID. This should be a passport, driver's license or national identity document Proof of address. This should be a bank statement, utility bill, or any other official document with your name and address, dated within the last 3 months. A selfie of you with your ID
Click on ‘Continue on the phone to complete the KYC process on the phone
In case you are using a desktop, you will be prompted to upload the documents through your phone or desktop. Click on “Get Secure Link”
In the next step, we will get 3 options to complete the KYC process through the mobile phone. scan the scanner code through a mobile scanner Opt for the SMS link Copy the link and paste the link to the mobile browser
Click on 'Take a photo' to click the ID image (front and back)
Click the image of the ID and upload it
In the next step take the selfie
Selfie and the document has been uploaded succesfully
Successfully completed the KYC process
That's it! Approval is usually instant. We will send you the final KYC Approval status on your registered email id.
We will receive an email saying “Your KYC submission has been received”
