Unable to see crypto in my wallet for a Metamask user

In case you are unable to view the balance in your wallet, follow the below process.

  • This could be because of a Bad Network connection, we recommend trying after sometime or changing the internet connection

  • If you are using the Metamask extension (desktop version) - Hard refresh your website and you should be able to view the balance

  • Make sure the right network is selected basis the token you have purchased ( sample snapshot mentioned below)

  • If you are using the Metamask app, pull the screen down to refresh the account
