How to delete card details from the widget?

How to Delete Saved Card Details from the Transak Widget

If you’ve previously saved your card details on the Transak widget and would like to remove them, you can delete the saved card directly from your profile settings.

Follow the steps below:


Step 1: Open the Menu

From the Transak widget home screen, tap on Menu.


Step 2: Go to My Profile / Settings

Scroll down and tap on My Profile (Settings).


Step 3: Select “Saved cards”

Under the settings options, tap on Saved cards.


Step 4: Tap the Delete Icon

Locate the card you want to remove and tap on the trash (delete) icon next to it.


Step 5: Confirm Deletion

A confirmation pop-up will appear.

Tap “Yes, delete” to permanently remove the card.


Step 6: Card Successfully Deleted

Once confirmed, the card will be removed from your saved cards list.

If all saved cards are deleted, you will see the message:

No saved cards yet. Save a card at checkout for faster payments next time.


Important Notes

  • Deleting a saved card does not cancel any previous transactions.

  • You can add a new card anytime during checkout.

  • If you don’t see the delete option, ensure you are logged into the same account used to save the card.
